B2B Growth Marketer (Contract, Part-Time)

Commitment: 2-3 days per week (16-24 hrs) | Remote
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Rate: $35 - $45/hour

The Role

We’re looking for a mid-level B2B Growth Marketer who can own the marketing engine, building precision and momentum across organic, email, webinar, and content-driven campaigns.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of operations and storytelling. You’ll ensure our database is clean, our automations are smart, and our messaging reaches the right audiences with measurable outcomes. You’ll work directly with our CMO and collaborate across sales, science, and PR to accelerate pipeline velocity and campaign performance.

What You’ll Do

1. Build & Optimize the Marketing Engine

  • Own all marketing operations in HubSpot, including workflows, automations, lists, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Clean and structure the B2B database for accuracy, segmentation, and scalability.
  • Implement lead scoring, tracking, and reporting dashboards that reflect real funnel health.

2. Run High-Impact Campaigns

  • Manage and launch email and webinar campaigns from start to finish — segmentation, copy, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Write and test high-performing copy for nurture sequences, re-engagement flows, and partner outreach.
  • Set up reporting to measure open rates, CTRs, MQLs, and conversion velocity across campaign types.

3. Drive Funnel Visibility & Data Intelligence

  • Build dashboards that connect top-of-funnel engagement to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align data definitions (MQL, SAL, SQL) and ensure CRM accuracy.
  • Develop simple, repeatable campaign playbooks for ongoing use.

4. Strengthen the Foundation for Scale

  • Document systems and workflow logic to reduce single points of failure.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and make recommendations for automation or integration improvements.
  • Support marketing ops hygiene — lifecycle corrections, deal stage automation, and integration setup.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 5–8 years of experience in B2B tech or SaaS, ideally in marketing operations, growth, or demand generation.
  • Have deep, hands-on knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub (automation, workflows, scoring, reporting).
  • Can write sharp, conversion-focused copy for B2B audiences.
  • Love data structure and clean systems as much as creative storytelling.
  • Think in terms of outcomes, not activity — you measure everything and iterate fast.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with healthtech, AI, or science-driven products.
